BBQ & Outdoor Cooking Safety

Following the current Government wildfire advice, disposable barbecues are not permitted in the camping area until further notice.

Gas camping stoves, gas barbecues and reusable charcoal barbecues are still permitted, but please take extra care during the current dry conditions.

When cooking outdoors, please:
• Never leave cooking equipment unattended.
• Keep barbecues and stoves well away from dry grass and vegetation.
• Keep water nearby where possible.
• Ensure any ashes are completely extinguished and cool before disposal.

Please ensure cigarettes are fully extinguished before disposal.

Please note: Campfires, fire pits, chimineas, fire bowls and any other wood-burning appliances are strictly prohibited anywhere on site at all times.
